YESSS!!! Named after one of my favorites growing up as a kid and still is to this day! This Necklace was designed after the colors that represent Neapolitan Ice Cream today in the United States.
The necklace is 21″ Long and is constructed with Shiny Silver Chain (which is the center of the piece on both sides), 49-Strand Wire for strength and draping (on both top and bottom beaded sections), Silver Metal Lobster Clasp. The Top Beaded section has Twelve Glass Seed Beads and Sixteen 4 mm Crackle Quartz Frosted Beads while the Bottom section of the necklace has Two Rose-Gold Glass Seed Beads, Four Pink/Mauve Designed 4 mm Glass Beads, Two Faceted Crystal Beads, Four Pink Cats-Eye Glass Beads, Four 4 mm Pink Faceted Czech Glass Beads, Two Faceted Oval-Shaped Clear Glass Beads and Three Pink Recycled Glass Beads from Africa.
Here’s another “Tidbit” Neapolitan ice cream (also know as Harlequin Ice Cream) was named in the late 19th century as a reflection of its presumed origins in the cuisine of the Italian city of Naples, and the many Neapolitan immigrants who brought their expertise in frozen desserts with them to the United States. Spumone was introduced to the United States in the 1870s as Neapolitan-style ice cream.
